Work has kicked my ass a bit thanks to this being an election year but I’m still doing a pretty basic workout regimen. My weekend night job has helped me keep my cardio in check. However, the free drinks aren’t helping me keep my “boosted” test levels all that high. Since things have slowed down I’m getting back into the rhythm of things. Today I’ll be hitting they gym and I’m still on my supps I’ve been taking so as long as I get an adequate amount of calories today should be a productive day to build muscle.
